Five weeks and still smoke free!!
 

God, this has been the hardest thing that I have ever done. Feel great now and never going back again. I used the patch and even with them, was still having a rough few weeks. Now I need to lose the 10 lbs that I gained but rather be little thicker then having problems breathing. :thumbsup

No, doing the step down Nicotine Patch program....even with them, still felt cold turkey. :( but the hell only lasted a week.

congrats. I have heard it is very hard to quit smoking. I never started , so I couldn't say that I have been there.
