geo targeting sponsors

which sponsors do easy to use geo targeting banners?
eg: a japanese ip accesses my site and sees a japanese banner, a chinese person gets a mandarin banner etc...

doesnt really mattter what is being sold (penis pills, paysites etc), but i am looking for easy to use geo targeting.... what is around?
