Add that in 'head' section of html. Also, when you create your pages you need the html to be shtml, and you need to 'build' the page. After you are done wiht your design, you need to go into the admin, and actually BUILD the page, then it should show up IF you've set up your Comus correctly.

You need to make sure you've done your template page correctly, and that the main.shtml is in the correct directory.. off the top of my head, I wanna say ../../main.shtml.

Sounds like you are forgetting the build, and that you might not have your template page set up correctly.
