any of you all see this crap, some jackasses arrested a 5 year old in FL a month back.
5-Year-Old Arrested For Candy Outburst At School
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Florida school officials are
apologizing for the arrest of a 5-year-old, whose tantrum
landed her in the back of a police cruiser.
Officials said the girl threw books and boxes, kicked a
teacher in the shins, smashed a candy dish, hit an
assistant principal in the stomach and drew on the walls.
She was upset when a teacher took away jelly beans she was
counting in a math exercise at Fairmount Park Elementary
School.
Minutes later, she was under arrest for battery. The
40-pound girl's hands were bound with plasic ties and her
ankles in handcuffs

little girl. I must of missed the part where she had a gun.
This doesn't prevent anything, but just shows what this world is
coming to that teachers can not now restrain/discipline children
anymore. Even that aside doesn't say a lot for the teachers or
the principle to know that a 5 year old or a group of
kindergartners could take over a school. I can see the headlines
now, teachers cower in horror as a group of five year olds take
over school with child safe scisors. Principal runs in fear for
help dialing 911.
People really crack me up these days, and it keeps getting worse
every year.
