Actually, what's scary is a pending bill making it a CRIMINAL, as opposed to civil/tortious act, to show people in sexual situations. I don't have a problem with making it illegal for portrayals of ACTUAL sex [it already violates states' antiprivacy laws and is criminal] but the bill seems to be worded broadly enough as to also cover Mardi Gras pics or flashing.
