just read Faqs on YnotBilling
Was looking over the new Ynot billing and it seems a neat set up. However on reading through their terms it seems they have an intial hold of your money for 30 days. This put us of almost immediatly from trying their system. Im all for more billers - the market needs em but fuck 30 days hold. If they sped up the payout to webmasters it could work. Not trying to trash anyone as I love the Ynot site but 30 days seems to much to risk.
Anyone else started using em yet ? |
Where's the risk, to you? The folks at YNot have been around for years, they're icons of the industry, you really think they want your 30 days of flow for themselves? They're covering their asses. Most mainstream processors I've looked at hold funds for up to 90 days on new accounts. :2cents

I have no problems with the 30 day hold personally, as long I eventually get the money in a timely manner
I am actually in the process of building a brand new paysite right now to give it a try |
30 Days...
If your in this biz thirsting for whats supposed to be paid 30 Days from current your fucked. |

But more billers means more choice i suppose. Still 30 days hold is about as long as I seen it |
I think that 30 day hold will be a killer for me as well...... oh well
Back to the drawing board |

when someone holds your funds for at least 30 days no matter who they are- their is a risk. Especially with adult. |
A 30 day hold is not much compared to mainstream billers. As Jact said, merchant accounts from our banks up in Canada can go as high as 90 days. Imagine operating with no income coming in for 3 months and suddenly Ynot is looking pretty good :)

No matter which way you look at it 30 days will put some people of. Like it did us and we process volume month in month out. |
YNOTPAYMENT I think will gain some ground, its a bold step but a bold step none the less from a trusted name.
ON a real tip 30 Days is not a big deal, most folks are cacading and prolly will have it integrated into the NATS and MAS system and grow into it. Not like a light switch in the past where webmasters didnt have much choice before cascading but now it's more less a simple process to cascade. Next couple months I am sure we will see the announcements roll out with affiliate programs integrating YNOTPAYMENT into there systems. |
