give Ruth a second to to come say it ain't so..............

**GonZo** · 04-23-2005, 01:08 PM

They already did htat on another board. But then someone went out and matched all the comapnies including Extreme Pay with the DNS.

**XPays** · 04-23-2005, 01:13 PM

When we got sued, xtremepays had the nerve to post boldly about how they were not related to the original XPays.

Well, turnabout is fair play - but everyone already knew then and knows now that xtremepays is not related to XPays other than their similar sounding ripoff of our trademarked name.

i had a thread a few days ago about this..

It turns out it wasn't a witchhunt or a sting op.

It was just an accidental bust. A shipping company got a load of packages with no contents label on it , so they opened it and found valiums with no labels no prescription and no warnings. They tracked down the guy "leroy jones" who sent out thousands of such packages. So they track him down to the bansal dude who ran ABBAS ENTERPRISES , and then i'm sure it was just following the trail..

**riddler** · 04-23-2005, 09:23 PM

serves them right, they should be dealt just like street level dealers, it's no more than street dealing except they try to mail you the shit.

Read somewhere that one guy already got 20 years (although I believe he was the one responsible for selling some drugs that lead to a fatal overdose)

From the DEA website..

21 U.S.C. § 841 Illegal Distribution of Controlled Substances, 21 U.S.C. § 846 Conspiracy to Distribute Controlled Substances, 21 U.S.C. § 848 Continuing Criminal Enterprise, 21 U.S.C. § 963 Conspiracy to Import Controlled Substances, 21 U.S.C. § 331(a) Introduction of Misbranded Drugs into Interstate Commerce, 18 U.S.C. § 1956(h) Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering, 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1) Promotional Money Laundering, 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(2) International Money Laundering, 18 U.S.C. § 1957 Transactional Money Laundering, 18 U.S.C. § 982 Criminal Forfeiture, 21 U.S.C. § 853 Criminal Forfeiture, 21 U.S.C. § 970 Criminal Forfeiture and 18 U.S.C. § 2 Aiding and Abetting

Doesnt look good for EP affiliates right now especially with that aiding and abetting charge which is in effect what any of their affiliates could also be potentially charged with

Regards,

Lee
