looks nice, butt

kinda hard to see the blue sponsor links against the green background. Also i would make them a bit larger font.

yikes, why not get a designer to make one for you insteadt?

boring..... a bunch of thumbs... what if a surfer just came to your site after clicking through 10 others and not getting 1 fucking gallery, you think he will click a thumb on your site, and if he does which sure there are still a good chance, cause surfers are stupid.. but why not offer more for them to look at, make your page interesting for heaven sakes.

hmm I dont like it, too big header, and I dont like how the "borders" fade to black...

overall it looks good, if there was one thing I would change it would be the header. It is too big and doesn't really scream any message.

I really don't like the green.. but it's only my opinion :P

I would suggest the same you can get them to a reasonable price these days.

Other than this I think it is way too dark and the header in grey doesnt look too professional. Also the color combinatio BLACK-GREY-GREEN-BLUE doenst really fit together...

Of course this is just mine opinion .. others may feel different about this ..

what about the header, are you guys using 800x600 or some shit? why doesn't it look good?

It looks like a warez kid got his eyecandy4000 and used the filters to spice up his site..in 1997. Besides you SHOULD design for 800x600, since majority of numbnuts use that resolution.

However, it's not the worst header I've seen.

i'm open to suggestions if anyone can suggest specifically what looks messed up. after staring at a design for a few hours your own opinion and judgement are kinda biased.

Well, the biggest issue I have with it is that it's not 'crisp'. It's looks smudgy and unprofessional.

LOL you took the words right out of my mouth. Its one of those "check out my cool site bro" places.

$100-200 will get you a nice design with pleasing colors. Leave the design shit to guys who know what they are doing, its a good lesson to learn early on. People sit for hours fucking around with photoshop when they should be working on the more important traffic issue.
