I was reading the upcoming UDRP cases at WIPO, and case #D2005-0406 is over HUN.COM:

Should be interesting! Probably a good chance for The Hun to shorten his online brand, assuming he is the complainant (it could be another company going after that domain, though). With Overture of almost 16,000 (with the .com), that's a lot of potential traffic that he'd recapture (although only a tiny fraction of what he already gets).

It doesn't appear that AFF is the owner (probably whoever owns it uses them as a sponsor, to monetize the traffic). See:

It looks like ABBA.com and FAK.com are owned by the same person (as those 2 domains have websites on the same IP address).

I have AF.com (for future use with AmericanFriends.com / American-Friends.com), once someone comes out with a better turnkey dating program (it looks like AEWebWorks.com is the current best script, but still leaves much to be desired). Maybe AFF wants to shorten their branding?

Right, AFF.com might be the same owner as Hun.com, given hun.com links to www.aff.com. But AdultFriendFinder.com seems to not be the owner of aff.com or hun.com.

If the domain has been used at one time or another to imitate "the hun" in any way no matter how small, it gives them a better Case, so being that it has had "Yellow pages" on the site, then they can make a claim, weather or not that is taken seriously or as a just cause then it's another story..

I have seen worse cases lost and also won...
