I am looking for a mainstream designer that can do the extraordinary on a site template. This is going to be a functional, easily navicable template, but it needs to be top end.

Not to discredit outsourcing, some of the work they produce isn't bad..

While I was learning your word competition, I got stuck with the words:

- cookie cutter
- no originality
- many mistakes
- grammical errors
- spelling mistakes
- babysitting



If a 20 year old phillipino kid can make a better converting site than any adult/mainstream site designer been in biz 8+years then theres trouble.

You get what you pay for when it comes to design IMO.
True quality always shines through in the end.

Also, onno, great links but those guys are mostly flash, at least it looks like. I wouldn't want to go with a flash site.
