Anyone know how to do this with a FLA file

I need to export / convert a flash file (fla file) to either uncompressed avi or uncompressed mpg, anyone any tips?

Can't you just do a File > Export Movie > *avi or mpg?

Corretion, can't export as mpeg. Have to export as .avi and convert.
