Server Matrix downtime prorations?

So I put in a ticket to get prorations for downtime from when their entire network was down a couple weeks ago. They replied that I need the exact times and ips? What a fucking joke. They know DAMNED well when my servers were down. Many times my servers go down and I do not bother them with trying to get prorations, but if they want to be asses then I will ask for a credit everytime a server burps. Does anyone have the exact date and times when their network was down this month?

just look at your bandwidth stats ... when their whole shit was down .. the bandwidth kept on the exact same level ... and otherwise when there are problems ... it drops to 0 ... very easy to see the date/times that way.

Though we have send them the information about that teh day after they went down .. and teh ticket is still open :-/

How often does it go down?

BTW, trade links?

meh not too often ... but anytime is one time to much ..

Though i aint complaining for the low prices they ask. :)

Just curious, what type of setup do you have? My sites are growing and my dual isn't keeping up.

serious webmasters do not use servermatrix

I just have a few single cpu servers from the old $69 a month days. I just use them mostly for gallery traffic, nameserver backups, stuff like that.

Serious webmasters learn their lesson and get several servers from three different hosts. Servermatrix is a great host if you can admin your own shit. I have like 12 servers there. 4 of them are just sitting idle in case other servers go down. After loosing so many hard drives full of stuff, I learned to have a backup ONLINE for everything I have.

yea i dont remember exactly but it was downtime exactly the day i arrived on my vacation in Bangkok, so it must've been in between March 31st - April 1st (well for me at least)
