For all of you that aren't in Vegas, you aren't missing much. The convention is same old people, same old booths, same old sponsors. It'll set you back $150, and takes about 30 minutes to walk by every booth. No nudity in the convention allowed. Their are hot girls at the show (a lot of the models you put in your TGP galleries, lol), but they are all hired to push a product.
If you have gone once, you have gone a thousand times. The only cool thing about it IMO is a chance to party with those you have never met before (putting faces to those on your buddy list). Most are the parties are lame (well at least the Digital Debauchery, Rain, and the Amateur Mega Bash ones were). Just imagine a ton of geeky Webmasters standing around watching hot strippers and hookers -- who want nothing to do with the Webmasters -- shake their thing on the dance floor. Try to find the private parties (invite only) -- the Adult.com party was the best one last year, I'm sure it will rock this year. Don't miss the Player's Ball either, it's a free concert usually with some pretty famous headliners. If you're in Vegas now, skip the convention, hit the parties, go play some poker, hit the slots and rent some sluts. That's my report from Vegas, now go fuck yourselves! |
