A bunch of my posts are missing, anyone else?
 

Was just checking my subscribed threads for Friday and in many of them my post is missing. The blue subscribed icon box is by the posts on forum main page and the threads I replied to are in my subscribed folder, but the replies I remember making and seeing show up are gone.

It seems to be confined to posts from afternoon/early evening. Anyone else missing posts in your subscribed threads? Or maybe it's just on my end... Here's some examples of threads I was in but don't appear to be now. Anybody see posts from me in these threads?

I'm surprised no one else has noticed. On one thread in my subscriptions it was showing that there were 2 pages to the thread and if I clicked page 2 there was a post where someone had noted the 50th post in the thread, but when I went to the first page it was only a single page thread with 39 posts, so there were many more than just my post missing. This morning some of the posts have returned, others have not.

I figured it out, I seem to be suddenly having some sort of odd caching problem. If I hold down Shift and click refresh when on the threads with missing posts they come back.

Make sure your computer is pluged in

Just hit ctrl alt del a few times it will fix the problem

I ran my cache cleaning program and it seems to have caught all of them up.

I haven't changed any hardware or settings lately. I've used this setup for going on 2 years and I'm at GFY every day with rare exception and never had this happen before. I run the cache cleaner every couple days so that wouldn't be the cause. Hopefully it was just a corruption in my cache that flushing fixed... Otherwise I'm going to have to remember to hard refresh every time I come back to a thread :upsidedow

alt+F4 will fix it. I was having the same problem and alt+F4 fixed it :thumbsup
