This prick spams me about 6 times a day and I cant find anyway to find the real URL http://freehost.0o0o0o0oo0o0o0o0o0o....d1/index5.html

That looks like the real URL to me; he just has a fucked-up domain name...

Also clearly http://198.31.210.128/ or "Free Web City" is just a front...there is no signup link for their services that i could find.
