4:57am and I woke up after two hours of sleep...been a long time since insomnia set in...anyone else fighting it tonight?

It's 12:05 on the East Coast and all is well. I predict I'll be in your boat come 5 am also.

Must be the heat or the changing of the seasons or something..I get maybe 3 hours a night as of late

try using STILNOX or melatonin...it helps generate a good night sleep,
i was an insomiac before but coz of those meds....it turned all back to normal

Pop a xanax and the clowns will hide. ;)

smoke more weed!

Don't drink coffee, tea, caffine sodas, or eat chocolate after 2pm. It helps.

You can't get melatonin otc in Canada, but in America you can. Stilnox/ambien/zolipidem tartrate is RX almost everywhere I think.
