YNOT Payment Now Accepting Seller Applications

NORTHRIDGE, CA, April 21, 2005 - YNOT Network LP, a leading provider of vital services for internet professionals, is pleased to announce today?s much-anticipated launch of YNOT Payment, a cutting edge international billing and payment service for online vendors.

Today?s launch means YNOT Payment is now accepting seller applications from all website owners and online vendors. After more than a year of development and testing, YNOT Payment will provide instant savings for online vendors through industry-low processing rates and zero setup fees.

?Since billing is an absolutely indispensable part of operating a for-profit website, more choice in online billing services is definitely a good thing for professional website owners,? explains Bob ?YNOTBob? Rice, President of YNOT Network. ?YNOT Payment brings exciting new technologies to the table, and we pass the financial benefits of those technologies right back to our vendors. Our unique technology results in fewer chargebacks, which is one of the reasons why we have the lowest processing rates in the industry. Competition in the arena of online billing has just gone up, and we expect website owners will find this to their advantage.?

With zero setup fees, YNOT Payment will be appropriate for both small and large website vendors.

?I?m sure website vendors will be happy to hear that YNOT Payment takes care of all setup costs, and we will not charge our vendors a recurring annual fee to accept credit cards,? says Rice. ?This means even more money and more benefit for all of our vendors, and with zero setup fees we expect many smaller website owners will suddenly find it feasible again to accept online payments from their customers.?

Tested and trusted by Visit-X, one of the largest suppliers of live cam shows in Europe, YNOT Payment takes a new approach to website billing specifically designed to increase consumer confidence.

?Online consumers don?t like to hand out their personal financial information to every single website they visit,? explains Kevin Kraft, Managing Director of YNOT Payment, Ltd. ?Consumer confidence is especially problematic for website vendors whose companies are not well known to potential buyers, which is often the case with internet sellers. There are a lot of scam artists operating on the internet these days, which means consumers are less likely than ever to make an online purchase with a company they don?t know anything about. Our unique ewallet system addresses this problem and makes it easier for online consumers to make purchases through YNOT Payment with the highest degree of confidence. We also make it simple and quick for returning buyers to make an impulse purchase without the need to fill out another lengthy form. All of this means more sales for our vendors in the long run.?

YNOT Payment vendors have the ability to accept both US dollar and Euro currencies from a wide range of popular online payment options which include major credit cards and a number of alternative payment methods. YNOT Payment can be used by online vendors who sell website subscriptions, online services or retail goods.

?We have been testing YNOT Payment with select companies for quite some time now, so I?ve seen it in action and seen what it can do. But after a year of development and testing, I?m definitely excited we can finally offer this fantastic service to all website owners,? says Kraft. ?It?s gratifying to be a part of something that will have such a positive impact for professional website owners. A service with the punch of YNOT Payment doesn?t come around very often.?

I agree with "the more processors the better". However, none of the 3rd party companies or Netbillingare actually a processor. They are all payment gateways. Some you use your own merchant account and some you use your own. A processor is actually on the backend and connects these guys to the actual bank networks.

Another processor is just what we need.

Here's a question I have about ynotpayment.

Will customers be able to just make purchases with credit cards and online checks or will they have to signup for a "ewallet account" that they then have to fund....similar to epassporte or neteller?

I ask because some of what I read on your site about repeat purchasers using an ewallet makes me think this is more like epassporte than ccbill.

It's not like this is a drive-by spam by a brand new content provider with 15 sets on his site, 1 post on GFY and no reputation.

This was an announcement that a lot of people in our industry would want to know, from an established company in our industry.

They're showing professionalism that is sorely lacking on many of these boards.

Send them an email and I'm sure you'll get one of the most intuitive replies you'll ever get from someone within this industry.

If they DON'T reply, then let me know and I'll be the first to eat my words. (Then I'll tear a strip off of them for MAKING me eat them). :winkwink:

OY 04-22-2005 10:06 AM

I trust that Ynot has come up with an great alternative to website billing.

Good job guys! Validus, great move. Fun to see you come to this point since the first time I met you " back when"...

Jay and Bob :thumbsup
