What are you doing to secure your servers?
 

With the whole MN thing that is going on has anyone stepped up security ?


If so what are ya guys doing?
Do you feel your servers are 100% DDOSS proof?

Nope.. i'm open to ddos. I have, however, a rather reliable way of defeating any would be 'attackers'.

no server is 100% ddos proof...

I tend to agree but i am sure there are steps to help protect your self though

I am NOT doing enough to secure my servers.

But I do try to upgrade to the latest version of software, use the most secure possible configurations (that allow the software I need to run to execute, though...) and so forth.

I spend about 20 minutes a day looking through all the security sites for new exploits and if im open for something i get it locked down and secured. Im hacker/ddos free now for about a year. I still get a few attempts every now and then but they don't get far.

Just hire a good admin :1orglaugh :thumbsup
