You mean premium (billed to the phone) sms? or just sms deliver, like for bulk SMS?

There are tons, (dozens) of companies that can do the latter. simplewire.com , quios.com just to name a few. (neither are really adult related, but it doesn't matter for non premium)

If you're looking to Send out bulk messages we have been using http://www.bulksms.net/ for many years without a problem
