What is your definition of blind? Is slim considered blind?

There is only one definition. Blind traffic is when a visitor clicks a link expecting one thing and gets something else. The post popular method is using a thumbnail like on a TGP.

That is what I assumed, but I have seen some sites trading with CollegeSucks using skimmed traffic, so I thought I would ask.

Well, they shouldn't. It's against the rules. With 800 sites, it's hard to catch them all. If I do, I ask them not to. One thing I do have in place is that if their productivity falls below 100%, all their visitors get a "click here to enter". In most cases, it gets them to stop without me having to contact them.
