Do TGPs allow invisible links?
Does anybody know if you can add invisible links (ie. a href tags without clickable text) to the bottom of your TGP galleries as spider food?
Of course nobody can see it or click on it (except a spider) so it shouldn't be a problem right? I'm wondering if TGPs would still frown on this or not? Maybe some have a script counting outbound links? Just a question, thanks for your answer. Nz |
If you put invisible links, you'll be blacklisted. If you don't put invisible links, you'll be blacklisted. Hope that helps.
Seriously... I don't see why it should be a problem. Very few reviewers check the html code of the page, but it could cause problems with the submission scripts that count outgoing links (such as ez4u). |
Some it won't matter & some will. The TGPs that check with a script will detect it & the script will tell you that they don't allow so many outbound links.
But Spiders don't like invisible links. I'm not sure if that's the way I'd go... |
I go into my invisible mode when I want to get in the Baseball, Football and movies for free..
No one has ever said anything to me.. Jim |
If these are links to your own domains & you want them seen by spiders, dont make them invisible..
