Just used the "no drip" bottle from Nestle's chocolate syrup to make me a drink for my breakfast.....

Awesome feature, that "no drip" part....

No mention of patent on the bottle anywhere however...
That no drip design should've ben patented I'm thinkin'

Saw Acacia is going after Intel claiming
they own a patent that Intel is infringing on......

Now its really going to be a case of who has the better lawyers...

I own a patent on a device that has a dual purpose. It expels urine and sometimes expels a white gelatinous substance after receiving friction.

It's currently used by billions of people worldwide. Since the patent has not been enforced, the greater majority of males have been infringing on my patent. I'm planning to sue.

Do I have a case?

They're a bunch of assholes!! :bangbang

No case on me at least. I'm married so a part of my device isn't functional. :)
