I am looking to buy adult websites. I will pay around 6 months income. If the site is well established with traffic and long term track record it is higher. You will need to prove the traffic by giving me access to the stats as well as prove the income. Lots of people include the traffic from their gallery submissions. I do not do galleries so this is not a consideration for me.

Older established site but you have lost interest? I am still interested in sites with text content. It has to be a site with pages and back links from other sites. Something that has shown your work. This has value to me.

Type-ins, I will pay up to a year of PROVEN income for type-in domains. This is traffic that is coming on a type-in basis and has no reason to stop tomorrow. Misspells have less value.

Paysites, I do not have the expertise to run them. I also can not develop a good domain so no matter how good it is I can not buy raw domains.

Budget is up to 20k at the monent. I am really looking more for neglected sites right now. Something was worked on but is not doing naything now and for a 1 or 2k you would let go as it is not doing much for you.

6 months revenue? lol, so when a sites no longer updating youll pay the 50 or so members who forgot to cancel, meaning 1k nett a month or so. And youre looking for 1 or 2k nett. Right. Terrible deal.

I must not have been clear. NO paysites. I have no clue on them and would not do well with it. Think more directories, tgp, linklist, free sites.
The one above is more like what I am looking for.

did you even check the stats... it gets about 1k a day and it receives more traffic than that i can post screen shots of my server stats if you'd like to see how much in total and it comes with a comus license lol

24-36 is certainly fair. I'm happy paying for a domain now if I get my money back for certain over 3 years. Very little risk and longterm gains

Yeah but so many folks with type-ins have some traffic from this endeaver. or from that source. Very hard to KNOW it is all type-in.

Hard to verify income due to the fact that they are part of a larger network of sites with the same sponsor accounts.

Basically they would be the domain, traffic trades, and traffic. Using a free web based trade script.
