I would think that with all the Cut dicks in US porn, and with how popular US porn is overseas, that one would see more Cut Euro dicks. But, I think the numbers are like 80% of men in Europe are Uncut - and reverse that number for US.

When you're deciding whether or not to force your new baby son into an unnecessary and painful surgery, you're not really thinking about what he'd look like on film in 20 years.

Your figures are screwed. In much of Europe the % of cut males is a lot smaller than 20%. I think most of Europe realised a long time ago that mutilating their children for no reason is probably a bad idea.

Certainly in The UK (ignoring the small minority who still do it for religious reasons such as jews) circumcision is very rare and usually only done for medical reasons that can't be resolved by less extreme methods.

It's becoming the opposite now as more and more parents are realising that curcumcision is a painful and unecessary procedure to inflict on their babies. In Canada it's tough to find a doctor willing to perform one...I know of only two in my city who still do it.
