What's CCbill doing lately?
Hi,
CCbill is changing my stats almost every day. What's wrong with those guys? Recurring is not counted anymore. It looks like they do it manually or something? Yes got the same problems. Signups don't show up or are gone later.
Just don't have it with all my sponors! |

CCBill had found a small reporting error that affected a few days of stats. It was resolved and all stats should have been updated and current by yesterday(Wed 1-9). If you are experiencing ANY problems or anything looks weird, email the details to [email protected] and it will get taken care of pronto

2 months worth of screwed up stats, lost rebills, and now no cmi for 2 days. They werent even processing signups for about 10 hours before the CMI was down. Im suprised nobody even mentioned it. I guess its par for the course with them anymore. |

As far as I know CCBill AND iBill have problems for sure.
Allready understood that Vegas might be the cause because the tech guy where busy fucking around chicks.. so they had their break and hopefully they get back to work right now! ;-) |
