there are some possibilities that this might be a setup... it didn't mention if they found gun powder in the boy's hand... well if it is for real... That really sucks!!!

We had a 12 year old kill a 15 year old with an aluminum baseball bat last week here in California. Got pissed off at another teen for teasing him about losing their first Pony League baseballgame and clocked him once in the head. Dead at the scene. Wansn't a Crayon, but it wasn't a fucking gun either.
