sickkittens 04-18-2005 03:39 PM

pornguy 04-18-2005 03:47 PM

What a fucking joke.

Skillz Unlimited 04-18-2005 03:52 PM

"Carpio was not under arrest at the time and had been taken out of handcuffs."

He's Not very smart. He must have missed the post here about a week ago saying to stay quiet until in the court room.

Supposedly he's bruised because he jumped out of the 3rd floor office window to try and escape after killing the detective, but was subdued by officers after violently resisting arrest.

They just showed the kids mother freaking out in the coutroom when she saw her son, apparently thinking the cops beat the fuck out of him.

Rorschach 04-18-2005 04:39 PM

haha

they kicked the SHIT out of him

Paul Moore 04-18-2005 05:24 PM

Do not believe in the rumored authority of the police department. Fascinating how jumping out of a upper floor window and the only injuries sustained are facial. This particular picture posted by KRL clearly displays police brutality.

Icon 04-18-2005 05:28 PM

uhhhh don't kill a cop at his workplace? Maybe that would have been a better idea?

Steve 04-18-2005 05:47 PM

why is this shit stain still breathing?
Christ, we need cops with bigger balls. Shoot a cop - die a swift death. What's wrong with that?

Marcus Aurelius 04-18-2005 05:49 PM

The fact that the nappy-headed little fuck is still alive speaks volumes about the restraint of the officers involved. In a perfect world this asshole would be dead or at the very least have a machine breathing for him.

jukeboxfrank 04-18-2005 06:01 PM

Paul really what did you think should happen to a guy that just killed a cop at the station house???????

Illicit 04-18-2005 06:02 PM

I live right near where it happened, Im surprised the guy is alive. Normally they just shoot the fuckers

MsCheyenne 04-18-2005 06:09 PM

The reason the man was in the police station to begin with was for using a knife on an 84 year old lady while mugging her. The cop he killed had two kids.

Yeah, they should have made sure he didn't have any scratches as well. Knee scrapes are painful. :helpme :321GFY

Guess you've never been beaten by cops huh? They all say "he was resisting".

Paul Moore 04-18-2005 07:51 PM

Yes there was a murder of a police officer. The act of guilt or innocence should be decided in a court of law. Police brutality is a form of vigilantism to satisy ones own frustration and anger. The police did not handle themselfs in a professional mannor. Apperently, indirectly or directly they did not learn anything from the Atlanta incident.
The police also broke the law by filing a false police innocent report stating the suspect's injuries were strictly sustained from a fall. All officers involved with this illegal police brutality should be investagated and terminated from the police force.

How do you know that the injuries were caused by the cops and not from the fall? Just curious.

To be bluntly honest, I hope it was police brutality. I'm sick of seeing punks like this getting away with killing people and praying on old people, especially a cop and then we have to pay for their defense and their incarceration for the rest of their lives.

They should of tossed him off the top of the building instead of the 3rd floor.

beemk 04-18-2005 09:58 PM

im sure the cops gave him an ass whooping, 100% deserved.

directfiesta 04-19-2005 07:08 AM

Kid has a mental problem history; he was released from various institutions, even tough his family wanted him to be kept under confinement. Doesn't justify but explains his actions....

Cop took the handcuffs off him !!!! And the cop still had his gun ( I don't think it is regulation to interrogate a prisonner while armed..).

They clearly beat the shit out of him; seem better on TV ... You can spin as much as you want, but the day it is you in that spot ( by error naturally), I will be first to cheer that they were right to beat the crap out of you .... :thumbsup

who cares about the cop or his family? this poor black man is the victim!
you'd think if he shot a cop and the police wanted revenge they'd shot him in the face and plant the gun he used in the killing.

Killing cop at police headquarters - how clever :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

SmokeyTheBear 04-19-2005 12:16 PM

police brutality no. Police stupidity yes..

Hmm i think i will lock myself in an interegation room with someone that i suspect just stabbed an old lady to death .I will not place the guy in handcuffs and i will bring in a loaded gun with me. hmmm doesn't sound very smart to me..

Why would a cop bring a loaded weapon into a room with a suspect thats surrounded by cops?
