I want to pay per gig but if possible without any monthly flat fees. E.g. I will be doing some galleries one month (=350 gig), next month I might be doing very few (=0-5 gig).

Any host that will give me an offer where I can either prepay bandwidth and use it whenever I desire or that let's me pay bandwidth at the end of the month? I am looking for something around 1.00 $/gig.
