about the same here with them but my conversion went to hell by 3 times in Oct . Sucks as their stuff was golden for a long time.

I was just comparing March to April overall with all my affiliates - conversions are pretty much the same for them although there's a significant increase in traffic to date. I'm taking a closer look to individual accounts now.

Feel free to hit me up - I'll check your accounts if I can or I'll forward it to your rep to take a look at.

I have had the same thing happen too. My biggest sponsor went form 5 sales a day to 0 for 15 days go figure. U never know what will happen in this industry and nothing surprises me anymore.

on my top sponsor ratios increase/decrease at ~ 10-20% max
not by 1000%

do me a favor and just let me know how exactly sales are tracked

cookies?
- how long after a surfer has left the paysite do I get credit for a sale (if at all)?
- do cookies with aff id's get overwritten? eg. surfer visits siteA using the linkingcode of account 12345.. a few days later he clicks the aff link of account 23456... who gets the credit? The last account or the first one?

how else are sales tracked and what makes me get a sale credited or not
this is all the infos I need to know :)

Please understand that I don't need anyone to have a close look into my account.. This has been done numerous times in the years i'm in this industry and i never found it to be productive...

We have both cookie & non cookie tracking. Cookies last for 90 days. All cookies get overwritten by the most recent referrer, unless it occurs within a set number seconds of the initial referrer. We do that to prevent hijacking of affiliate commissions from spyware.


Sale= any new sale made by credit card, check or phone through our sites & with approval from our 3rd party processors.

I've been getting more SE traffic to topbucks lately.

Could you and everyone else in this thread please submit your stats at http://www.sponsorreport.com ? We're a neutral resource site that tries to find out how much sponsors pay per actual surfer sent to their sites, based on the submissions done by other adult webmasters.

ok, i am getting few SUs each period reffered by my competitors sites. and its not only you, but also nastydollars and bangbrosonline have same stats problem.
how can you explain that?
maybe having lower positions in SE and being second visited site in matter of few seconds, cause SUs are credited to my account and not theirs.
But of course, probably some people get SUs from my sites too :winkwink:

thanks for the answer... the only thing that would be interesting to know if how long it takes for the signup and the counted traffic to appear in the stats area...
are stats imported from the processors every 15 minutes or every hour or??

ive been at around 1:250 the last couple of months, did I mention I like topbucks? :winkwink: :)

Hourly. Sales are update around the hour & clicks are updated around the 1/2 hour.

I'd be interested in looking into this if you could send me your ID via e-mail. This would be a very rare instance of it ocurring & would only occur if the same site is visited with different ID's within moments of each other.
