Ok, here's the deal.

I suggested to my gf that instead of working in customer support, she should try and find a job as a work-from-home rep for an adult program instead.

Her qualifications:

- Knows programming langugages from C to Java
- Loves to chat on instant messengers
- Is currently taking web design courses
- Speaks both English and Spanish
- Loves to goto shows
- Has done lots of customer support for IwantU and other sites, so knows adult websites, how they work and industry terms.

She would need to work remote, from here in Costa Rica.

She's looking for something full or part time (full preferred), dealing with affiliates, promoting program on boards and shows, answering emails/icqs, etc....

Decent base salary + commissions would work great, esp. if there is opportunity to grow in the company.

well these days most account reps are a combo, support and sales person. They take care of the existing affiliates, but also try to attain new ones.

Most account reps I have heard of or known are nothing more than a dipshits with a telephone.

Most do not even understand basic Internet marketing principals nor the first clue as to what HTML is.
I hate to rain on yur parade but just because she is female is not a fuck all of difference to a business person.

Depends on the program I'd say...some hire eye candy only, some hire very technical people, some hire good sales/marketing people.....

I'd say somewhere in the $700-1000/mth range, depending on hours
