Looking To Purchase 404/Exit/PopUp Traffic

Looking for some recommendations on why to buy the following type of traffic from:

1. 404 Error Page
2. Exit Traffic
3. Pop Up Traffic
4. Clicked Traffic

I currently use choker and ravo but I am wondering if anyone else has any suggestions for those types of traffic.
