Why can't sponsors be more discrete?

Problem #1: They send adult marketing material to affiliate account addresses a) without permission b) when 99% of people don't want adult material in the "physical world"

Problem #2: They send check invoices with adult names, logos, program names, or ID's. I'm sure it would be fairly simple to cut discrete receipts.

thats not how it was when we ruled adult.

of course, many things change.

I've never seen a check have adult related names on them, it's usually the stubs.. and I personally don't let friends and family look over my financial records so it doesn't bother me.

BUT.......... it reminds me of this check I had to send to a friend/client. My wife put "For Romantic Favors" in the Memo field.

He never cashed it.

Well I keep getting junk snail mail from Overture with one of my porn domians right on the mailing lable. It's not adressed to ME it's adressed to the domain. Yeah that's what my mail carrier and the other people at the local post office needs to see. I live in a small town in a small county and most people like to know everyone else's business anyways. Hell I know other people's business and I don't even want to know it. I've gotten 3 of these from Overture so far. Explains the weird looks I've been getting lately when I'm out in public.

LOL....well i dont have that problem , i am honest of what i do and not ashamed....got nothing to be ashamed of anyways i make more money in a week then most average ppl make in a month...also ...all my money is payed to me VIA epassporte and i never receive statements...all online and i purchase or widthdraw anything i need with my visa electron from epassporte...

even when i used to get checks they were fairly discreet..

Well when you live in the middle of the so called Bible Belt thing are different.

I just signed up for epassprote and what I can't stand is I can only transfer $300 a day to my bank acount and charge $500 a day. WTF is that about. It's MY money. I could have $20K $50K $1 million in there and I can only use $500? I was going to use epassport to pay on my Adwords account and I kep getting turtned down. Finally called Epassporte and that 's when I found out about the $500 a day thing. To top it off Google was trying to charge $501.46. So epassporte turn town my payment to Google over a fucking $1.46 an I had WELL over $500 anyways in my account. NO ONE has ANY right to tell me how much of MY money I can spend.

well i just recently contacted epass and told them i want to up my daily widthdrwal limit to 1000$ a day and it was accepted and i have an unlimited amount of payments i can do per day now and purchases are unlimited from my epassporyte account...all you gotta do is call them and notify them of your inconveniance...they will apply the changes within a day or two.

A) I'm not driving 20 miles to have a PO BOX. 3 other even smaller towns in my county all of which get their mail from our main PO in the town I live in so I would have to go out of county which would be at least 20 miles. No thanks. Gas is already $5.67 cent a gallon.

B) I DID NOT ask for this junk mail from Overture. So I certianly don't want in any PO Box I might get

Most of the sponsors are pretty good with this, but yea, I agree there is no need to have xxx-gay-sex-sponsor on the envelope or the check.

most sponsors are good about this, others send out newsletters or inserts along with the checks, i hate that. also hate those who dont get a discrete business name and who write the webmaster id on the check.
