Both are essential elements in forming your Kingdom. With no content, you have nowhere to send "Traffic" to.

I'm speaking in a broader sense of the word "content"... meaning, a website, or news article, or porn. Doesn't matter. It's all "content".

Well, I was just talking to a buddy who wants to start a paysite. But the conclusion was he needs more traffic. He does 250,000 uniques a day on his TGP but that just doesn't seem to be enough.

If I had to pick one or the other, I'd agree. You can always send traffic to someone else's content, while it's a little more difficult to get traffic to your own content.

There has always been this argument of Content vs. Traffic

Vittorio just posted his new house in FL. He's a content guy and does well for himself so we know there is money in content. But there are more affiliates (traffic guys) than sponsors (content). I would wager affiliates have a higher GM than sponsors....

Owning traffic is like owning land. Whereas, owning content is like owning a house on that land. The house and the land both have value, but over time, the house will get old and be worth less and less.

What would you rather own, the land or the house?

LOL... No, not really. Just saying IF I had to choose. Traffic & Content share a symbiotic relationship with each other. You can't really have one without the other and build a successful Kingdom. So, I suppose you could say that the collective relationship is a Keen or a Qing. har har

that's sounds good but how come EVERYONE and i mean EVERYONE who i talk to that buys any serious amount of traffic (and I talk to a LOT and i mean a LOT of people on this in my travels) does better and i mean a LOT better with cybercat or GTS which are untargeted?
