Watched Amityville Horror today...
Lots of changes from the book and the original movie, but still scary. I liked it, but I like stuff like that (paranormal, etc.).
|
is it worth it? i wanna see it just becaue i live 20 minutes away from the actual house. and today, that house looks nothing like that, lol. i'm sure the neighborhood is gonna be pissed at all the extra traffic down their street this year

I can't wait till this gets released here in Australia. I seen the original movie but am yet to read the book.
Also a big fan of the Supernatural type movies. |

Ray lived about 4 houses away from it for about a year ... he had people knock on his door and ask if his house was the house ... he was nice enough to point them to the real one ...i'm sure they loved that ... Infact it's about 10 mins from our office ...maybe monday i'll drive by and take a few picks so everyone can see what it looks like now ... |

I live right near the house, my father knew the guy who flipped out on drugs and killed his family. Crazy story..

I liked the original a lot. This will have big shoe filling to do to get my approval :upsidedow

Remakes are never as good as original!

Just in case some of you don't know, some of the key people who made up the entire amityville horror hoax have come forward and admitted the entire thing was made up. Of course there's no such thing as ghosts or hauntings and anyone rational understands that, but this being the idiot capital of the internet, I figured I'd clue you tards in.
