We made a script but how can we sell it best?

We made a pretty nice script. We want to sell it to webmasters. It's pretty easy to install so we want that webmasters can pay by CC and can download it then directly. SO that they don't need to wait http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/smile.gif

How can we do it the fastest way? We know Ibill but that takes some time for contracts etc.

It's a file in perl. but what ppl need to download is a zipfile with help file included. So they pay, and then they get user/pass and can download it...

Others then paypal? because I do not like paypal very much...

I believe that there are some services on the net which let you sell your own scripts and let the customer download them. You've got some dedicated to photographs, scripts, self-made music etc.
The only thing is... I don't know the address of such a company anymore. You might want to check out google.com or visit cgi-resources.com and try to find out how others are doing it.

..or you could make a website for it with all the details.
Then spam it on all the known boards. Give a few free copies to some. Then they will let the world know if your program is a piece of shit or not.
Usually people like to buy something they know is good. You need to make your product known.

I would go with what TeenGodFather said. Build a website and get a merchant account for it. Then sell off the site.

Also def pass a few frebies around. It will get the word out if its any good.
