I have a few suggestions...

make your banner so it is read as a Z

your Logo or URL should be clearly exposed on the bottom right corner of your picture. Red is good. Probably the best color for this kinda add because it makes your text stand out. There should not be more than 7 graphical elements in it.
I think your FA in the circles should go and be replaced by your URL in white.

Remove the "we bring it" and leave Facial Abuse.

it will get more clicks.

i think its really effective, because i'm not even into that hardcore stuff but still inclined to see the rest of the pics...

when I say as a Z I mean that the human eye will not look at your add, it will scan it.

top left, top right, diagonaly down the middle, then left to right again.

The "we bring it" adds a lot of weight to your banner and it will not be read because it is a funny looking font.

All caps in advertising is not recomended and wording in weird shapes is not a good idea either.

that image gets the point across clearly, but i do agree that something a little different should be done with the text on it

I actually do remember hearing that on several occasions in marketing books and discussions and wherever else I heard it.
