TeenRevenue.com and rebills

As far as rebills are concerned, you have to figure in a couple of important variables. Firstly, the sites are totally new. That means that the amount of content within (although plentiful enough to start with) may still not be enough for some of your members. We're adding new scenes as quickly as we can, and we also have plans to add many extras to keep the members (and webmasters) happy and re-billing.

You also have to consider the source of the traffic being sent to our sites. Any experienced webmaster knows that some traffic converts better than other traffic, and some retains better than others. Blind hits and forced clicks aren't going to do as well as targetted SEO stuff. I think this is an obvious statement.

I am convinced that our business model works. Our prices for membership are right up the middle of the industry and on target. I don't see any problem with that. Our processing and stats are top notch as well. I take it very personally when I see accusations of shaving or shady practices. This has never and will never occur.

No serious webmaster should be concerned about conversions and rebills at either Triplexcash or Teenrevenue. We're in this for the long haul. We DO HAVE a solid reputation for taking care of our affiliates, especially in times of crisis, and we will continue to do so. What that means is we're listening.

My sincere thanks go out to all our affiliates. Thank you for your continued business and confidence in us. Suffice to say that we are doing everything we can to keep the checks flowing to you.

Chris,

Thank you for your professionalism. TR is one of the first sites I've promoted and I'm satisfied with the ROI, as a beginner. I like your tour, I think other sposnsors could learn a lot from how you do your tour. The teaser vids are excellent. Can you put up a link to the mp3 of "Get Yourself Off?".

But--- Why the entire industry makes so much content available for free? Wouldn't it make sense to only release just 4 or 5 images from each set, at lower resolution (max 480 x 600), and make the surfer PAY to see pink?

exactlly.. I don't see what all the bitching was about on the fliers.. I've seen a few other sponsors send out fliers before.

Hopefully you guys get the sites figured out.. my sales have been lower than what I expected they would be. Nothing like Little April was, my rebills were great with her so I'm sure you guys will get it figured out.

So 99 percent of webmasters are sending shitty traffic is what you are saying? If the traffic generates the initial signup then the traffic is good. Period. Retention is your problem, not the affiliates. Retention ah nothing to do with where traffic comes from. A credit card being used to sign up is a credit card being used to sign up. Period. If you can't keep them rebilling it's not the fault of the traffic nor affiliate. Passing the buck (blame) onto your affiliates is irresponsible. Sorry to say.

You may be convinced but your affiliates are certainly not, ass kissers aside that is. There are major problems retaining members within your sites. Obviously that means it's not working. Serious webmasters should not be concerned with their conversions and rebills with you guys at all when they're losing money on your sites?? So you're saying that even though rebills are practically non-existent that it's not a cause for concern? So serious webmasters shouldn't be worried when they are losing money off their bottom line on your sites? I don't understand the logic.

I'm not trying to bash you or anything but some of the things you said in damage control were utterly ridiculous and I am pointing it out since nobody else has the guts to do so. From blaming affiliates for YOUR sites not rebilling to not stepping up and doing what needs to be done to fix the problem even after admitting it's part of the problem. Amazing. And youw ant people to continue trusting you with their "shitty" traffic?

AVN comes in the mail. AVN Online comes in the mail. Klixxx comes in the mail. That new newspaper one (name?) comes in the mail. Ads for adult parties and events come in the mail... but people get a flyer and freak out. I don't understand.

They made a thread about it a few weeks ago explaining it.

However, I think it has more to do with the fact that they don't want webmasters seeing the members area in fear of them saying "yeah? RIGHT! This won't retain..."

Can't really see the problem here...

The sites were heavily promoted first week, everyone were cheering about the high ratios, and of course you get many "want to look - surfer" signups!! After a while it takes off. If you get dissappointed about that, still promoting agressively, then you dont understand how the market works, and how to target your traffic.

As go for the rebills; I have not made one million signups, but enough to compare with other new solo sites, and the rebills are not worser than other new ones.

And why not start acting like partners? It sure is the sponsors job to hold on the members, but affiliates can still give some constructive critisism/ideas instead of whining. Just my thought...

ps. about the flyers: It's good as long it's not Anthrax :upsidedow

48 little bitches... I promote TR and while the rebills are not as high as I'd like, I sent enough traffic and is converts so well, they regularly send me about a grand a payment.
