Upselling, new things to upsell to?
 

I was reading an article or two about upselling over at this webmaster blog this morning and they were talking about upselling and following up on sales etc.

Nothing new but it's made me wake up a bit about upselling and cross selling.

Right now we run a few teen pay sites, nothing extravagant, anyone know of any good products that we could upsell them to?

some links would be good, like cams or other things? my head's running dry on ideas.. we already upsell to some cams so we want to sell something new... some kind of product / service that would be appropriate for a teen niche.

You can also try upselling DVDs or DVD rental memberships from Epic Cash.

yeah i was considering dvd's and such, but in that regard i'm tossing up between dvd's and aebn...

aebn would be easier i think...

not a big fan of pills either...

why not do both? offer AEBN as a pay per view option and a DVD sponsor for people who want to purchase DVDs? You might also want to upsell to an adult toy store, a pharm sponsor, a dating site and of course a cam site..

if your sites are niche specific, why not upsell to another membership site in a different niche: example, you have an ebony teen site that is nothing but ebony teens, you might upsell them to a facial paysite that has ebony teens on the tours (some people will have memberships to multiple sites).

but then again i do have a hardcore head cold at the moment any thinking hurts :(

regarding a 2nd site to sell to, i've been thinking about maybe trying some single girl sites, maybe stick them on a random click through script, try 10 or so... mmm

yeah, single girl sites are great upsells. If they offer free promo content, you can even set up a gallery of them and of course a link to their site.

definetly a good idea. do up a gallery for the girl, label her as a guest model, and then put links up like "see more of her at meowmeow.com". works very well :thumbsup
