Although it is legal, the models have my question marks....

The shelter of the "artistic expression" umbrella is the last bastion of child pornographers everywhere, and is the logical area for them to turn to. But sometimes, some things are just wrong no matter what type of spin you put on it. Family pics of the kids in the backyard pool are one thing, but showing kids in the nude simply for it's own sake has no place online in my opinion, even if it is labelled as *artistic* in nature. The boundaries of art STOP when it infringes the rights of those that cannot defend themselves or make mature decisions about participation.

Oh, and any child pornographers that might be reading this.... go fuck yourselves. Assholes.

The thing that I wonder is how do these assholes get their hands on those nude pics. I'm sure that they have full rights to the pics on their sites in most cases, but the thing is that I'd NEVER let anyone take nude pics of my kids to post them on the net for a bunch of perverts to stare at them to whack off over.

I suppose that the parents probably see the $ signs and that overpowers what they think is wrong and right.

I believe I read somewhere that parental permission to use an image does not extend into adulthood, at which time the former child (now adult) can sue the photographer.
