Lightspeed converts well yes and they guys that work there are cool ok, but they never answer a fucking email.

Pornconnected servers never seeem to be running and they also don't answer there emails

Just don't get how businesses can keep customers when they don't answer there god damn emails.

They're probably in Vegas.

Funny how people are so quick to jump all over somebody and trash their business name when they don't get an instant response to something.

You ever try running a business that gets tons of people asking stuff all the time, burn? It ain't easy. It's a 24 hour a day freakin' job. I typically have a dozen conversations going on ICQ at once, while answering email, while talking on the phone, while checking four to five different boards, while working on three different projects at once. Just trying to squeeze a smoke in there somewhere is a fucking task that has to be scheduled.

It's a muther fucker man. Cut the guys some slack. I'm sure they'll get to your questions as soon as they can.

Half of the industry is in Vegas so things slow down a bit.

In vegas or or not if you run a business you should do your job.

well ..hmmm..its 7pm on a Monday in the UK...so that makes it still early in the day on the west coast of the states. On a *Monday*.

Now...in most buisnesses people don't work on weekends. Then they have to come in and look through what is most likely hundreds of emails. Who knows where your email is in that list.

Considered adding lightspeed staff to your icq? The few times I have had to ask questions they answered icq quickly. PLus you can see if they are actually online.

The one thing you can be sure of in this industry is bad mouthing people on a public board is the quickest way to burn bridges.

You have to expect people to bitch and whine like I do if you run a business, so I have ever right to bring it to the public.

Well, you aren't gonna make any friends over there by doing it. I've always found that keeping business where it belongs and keeping a good attitude usually works great for me... I've waited weeks for responses before, because a company was just that busy... (neither of the two mentioned above) but they always have taken care of me, because I conducted myself as an adult and not some hotheaded speak-before-you-think teenager.

But, you're right.. say what you want. Lemme know how that method works out for ya.

You still don't get it do you? It's not about making friends. If you had done this to me? I would probably make you wait another month before I even thought about answering your questions. Not because you weren't my "friend", but because you're being an ASS. Keep in mind that unless you've got a money issue, i.e you bought something and didn't receive the merchandise,... they don't owe you any fucking answers. My response would be "go read the FAQ".

LightSpeed has ALWAYS been extremely fast to reply to my mails. Most of the people on this board know that everyone is down in Vegas right now.

I can see your point about wanting a quick reply, I'm the same way, but for things like the big convention, it's fully understandable on my end. If you were in their shoes, you'd be down at the convention to. A couple of times a year not getting a quick reply is understandable for me from a good sponsor.

Maybe I have picked a bad time to bitch at them so hopefully shit will get back on track.

I send an email to them that didnt get a quick reply so I posted on thier board also. Tanker responded to my post and offered me his email and icq# to get ahold of him.

I think that just having the board shows that they are doing what the can to try and keep in touch with webmasters.
