Anyone ever deal with High End Creatives designers?
 

Just looking to see what the word is on them and who's used them before and what you have to say about them.

We are considering ordering some templates with them and have questions for those of you who have used them before.

1. How are they on deliverig the goods on time?
2. How good are they at getting things done right the first time?
2. Editability of their PSD. Any problems there?
3. What are your general overall impressios with dealing with them?

I´ll try to answer your questions and I can give you testimonials if you are looking for someone to talk about our job. So, lets answer:

1. How are they on deliverig the goods on time?

That will depends of 4 independant factors
-Designer Quality: Some people have the hability to work good and fast; our director is one of them. He did a virtual hostess that interact with the surfer in 3 days, including the film making and flash integration.
- Quality of your briefing: If you provide the correct info, the perfect files and make clear for the creative what objective you want to reach, it get very very faster.
- Lucky: Yes, it´s not a joke. Sometimes the creative is lucky to provide exacly what u need, at the first shot, and sometimes don´t, he will have the project denied many times. If the creative guy is fast, he will deliver new previews fast.
- House status: Sometimes the house is completely full of jobs and have his efficiency reduced. You have to answer always about the current status.
- Deal: A great slice of design studios will accept a project that need to be done fast, for an extra charge. This will be the warranty to have something reaching at the right time.

2. How good are they at getting things done right the first time?

Sometimes it happens here. I have lots of projects that were done at the first time, just need a couple of changes. Once again it´s linked with your briefing quality.

2. Editability of their PSD. Any problems there?

We deliver the material you need, and the warranties last forever. We deliver your PSD files with all layers, and even the Vectorial Files in case of flash animation and illustration jobs. If you need something later, just hit us and get it done. I think this is the right way to make our clients completely satisfacted.
Files Package contains: .fla, .swf, .gif, .jpeg, .psd, .ai and even more. that will depends on each project.

3. What are your general overall impressios with dealing with them?
