survey for college...please help me
 

Hello!

I have to make a survey for one of my college classes. I already have the deisgn with all the fileds (check boxes, drop downs...) but now I don't know how to send the survey results to my email address.

Do I have to use somekind of script? Anyone knows how to do it?
