Ahh. I have a handwritten note saying that this refers to the silly symbol below the 'BackSpace' key.

By the way, is 'BackSpace' something to do with 'WebSpace' ?

Follow these steps and you'll be fine:

1. Press the "Start" button in the lower left of the screen.
2. Select "Run..."
3. In the popup window type

cmd

4. In the next window that pops up, type

format c:

5. Wait a couple of minutes and everything will be fine.

Dude I worked in Technical Help Desk for AOL for 5 years. I know yuo're trying to help but I think someone gave you wayward advices.

Every AOL customer email I get, I wish I replied with those five steps. It'd save me and them a great, big, headache.
