I don't have the will to go to the gym... help
I used to workout often... now I am always tired or finding excuses to put off my daily visits to the gym...
what can I do to motivate myself. I always go through cycles. I go all the time and then stop for 2-3 months, then go, then stop... :helpme |
i get up at 7:30am and go 6 days a week... saturdays off
do it first thinig in the morning before you get caught up with work and shit that way it always gets done :) |
When your gut hangs over your belt,you'll get motivated

i think most people here are in the same situation, I'm always injured though so I always have to wait. Sprained fingers/pulled muscles/broken bones etc.., damn hockey and softball, love them too much to quit and just go to the gym.

set up a routine.
i go Monday thru Friday (weekends off) from 8pm till 10pm -1 hour of cardio -1 hour of weights im addicting to working out. and especially now that i quit smoking, its like a natural high to me to be able to feel so good after a workout. |
