nyquil isnt really "medicine" - doesnt cure anything, just helps you sleep.

its 10% alcohol and not much else :haha

Get some ColdFX.. that is the shit for getting rid of colds and flus.

Nyquil to the rescue! I was trying to win a contest here last night and my son kept coughing and coughing, but the Nyquil did the trick after about twenty mins. for it to kick in.
