Need Construcitve Criticism for my site.

Hi, I'd like to ask if you could look at my site and maybe offer some constructive criticism.

Don't just say it sucks tell me why it sucks.

Thanks :)

I'm confused, (happens alot), but didn't you post a really good tutorial on building tgps?

It's like yoda asking how a light sabre works.

I honestly am at a lose here.

The site's great by comparison, and I'd think it would be doing good. Not in a 'stereotypical' tgp as you have no sidebars and such, but I'd think the graphic heaviness would work better.

I guess I'd ask, what is the problem you are having, so we could better help fix whatever it is you are looking for specifically.

:Oh crap

Nothing really wrong with the site. Been hitting 415% productivity most of the week.

Really just wanted suggestions on how to make it better :)

I think it looks great mate and the productivity is going along sweet. The only piece of advice I would offer is, have you considered doing a 56K version for the dail up surfer?? they are often forgotten.

I'd just put up a link on your thumb tgp to a slightly less graphic heavy page and see what happens.

:eek2 And I felt like a king, when my MGP hit 300% yesterday :winkwink:

Since I am following your site since the days you started your Tutorial-Thread, I see some of your thumbs everytime I visit your site. I would have thought, that this would be bad for your bookmarkers, but obviously I was wrong :thumbsup Oh, 1 thing: Open your trade-script, I want some of your 415%-Traffic :winkwink:

A lot of webmasters close it. Contact them on ICQ and they'll usually set one up.

You brought up a good point. Its not very good for bookmarkers. But its good for fresh visitors since they see the best of the best thumbs. Alot of people have a setup that does best of today, yesterday, week etc. Basically I got my comus to show best of the existance of my site using noclicks option for most of the upper table. That way each thumb no matter how old it is can always be challenged by a thumb thats proved itself by maintaining a rank that can beat the thumb for one hour. Then whatever the rank of the thumb it'll be thrown into the page by whatever rank its received.

In other words its a constant game of monopoly. Each thumb is a player and their fighting for property which is each thumbspot. So one player can't own everything they lose turns until they lose a piece of land.
