How Much Is Booth with Internext Januyary?
I think of have a booth for internext this January.

Someone want to split booth and female model cost?
Where does I gallerey rent they models from? I was talking to lots of the gals passing out shirts for adult check and i gallery, and they say they only model that live in Vegas hired by company to pass out shirts. They are bit pricey for the good it does the average company. 2500$ per 10x10 for the 3 days. I think you still get 5 entry passes for free - 1250$ value. that's kewl. We had to have one - we were rebuilding a soiled/tarnished rep at a company that will remain nameless - so we needed a place to give out a TON of free shirts. But if you don't have a booth you can always recover from the day before by sleeping in and go down to the floor, when you want to, for an hour a day, and accomplish about as much business. networking the floor/party is where you will do the most business ... and you don't need a booth for that. A booth is nice for the established company that has a new product they want to unleash with hype and buzz. at least that's my feeling on the whole shabang. Did I miss anything? ~Brett |

Brett, you really didn't miss out too much! Last show we had a booth, when normally we were a part of Python's.
I worked ours most of the time, you don't just want 'talent' standing around looking miserable but someone who actually knows what they are talking about. And someone who gives a shit. It was exhausting, you are truly a slave to it... It was great for networking cause it is always easier when people come to you - BUT I got really tired of the people who were not interested in my program, or doing biz with us, but who instead wanted to sell me their ideas... they wasted my time and annoyed me. I still think you get the most done in a more relaxed atmosphere - the parties and meal times are invaluable. Cool promo items help too... speaking of I should get on that... yeah. hanco - that was 300k for the booth alone, right? I was even thinking of a smaller - but almost as rediculous company - remember NuWeb Solutions? - "Porn Gone Public" ... I think their motto was we do everything, AND we're publicly traded, so we're better. How did that story end again? Oh yeah, I remember! Another company that focused on cashing in instead of working to resolve a problem. This business isn't about flash, it's about substance, NOT something a booth provides. Personally I wish we didn't have ours, just makes for headaches with scheduling salespeople to staff it, not to mention what it costs to set up and take down and ship to different places... |

Derek, at shows, you pay for everything, including the carpet...
Fortunatly for Nastybucks at the time of the show we were under Pythons wing, and this absolutly fabulous gal, ALY put it all together for us... she gets all the credit and we can't thank her enough for all she has done for us! She has always made sure that our representation at the shows has been great.
