How much are #2-5, #6-15 and so on...?

How many more hits do you get on 2-5 compared to 40-70, on average? About twice?

as I know it was 500$ per gallery.

Top spot is $650, i think the next 9 are all $500 and you dont knwo which you'll get. They are backed up until October for all of them.

none - the hun gets revenue from pre-paid gallery placements on the top 15 spaces and banners. the rest of the galleries are free placements.
