Free TGP Submitter [Build 2]
 

Okay, we released this before using autoinstall. There were some system incompatibilities/technical issues so we decided to reissue the beta in 2 flavors:
1 downloadable package or 3 smaller download packets.

Here's the features of our free TGP submitter:

-- recip page generator / duplicates your pages so you don't have to do it by hand.
-- recip buttons included in the program package. All you need to do is upload the recips to your server and point the settings to their subdirectory. Your duplicated pages will have the recips' new location
-- automated form filler: filling submit forms takes only 1 click
-- easy to train form filler: if you add a new TGP/TGP2 to your database, training the form filler only takes a few clicks. Once you train it, filling forms take just 1 click.
-- built in FTP. FTP your files right after generating the pages. Very easy, very fast.

Took a look out of curiosity - the install got so far and said can't find file bla bla so I gave it a big del *.* Ok it's in beta test but these guys should really sort out the basic install shit before sending it out.

Looks like they where having some problems then too.

We fixed the autoinstall problem by getting rid of the autoinstall page from install shield. We now have 2 download options--full file or full file divided into 3 packets.

The 3 packet option is having internal refence problems re recip.zip SO please download the single file option.

We ran several tests on the single file option and it works.

Requirements -- WINDOWS 98/2000 64/128MB RAM

I'm not a tgp person but I downloaded the single file to check it out.

I got it to install and it looks like a nice tool. Maybe I will try some tgp gallerys on a free host.Just for kicks :o)

Ok maybe i'm doing something wrong, but it only generates a bunch of pages with only the same recips on it! So if I select 3 recips...I end up with a page with 3 recips to adulttgp, 3 recips to adultbuffet etc....
Not very useful huh?

I just discovered the same thing.
Haven't figured out how to submit and what tgps are being submitted. When you click on the database mode and add one it says disabled. ????

Yeah that's because you have to buy the full-version to be able to add TGPs...But I still haven't figured out the recips thing....That suck cause it do looks promising...

Tell me if I'm off base here.
But it looks like you have to enter each gallery url into the form filler settings tab for each tgp. Now when I submit the next gallery to these tgps I will have to do the same thing again because the gallery urls will be different. Shouldn't that part be automated? Am I missing something here?

Just add an entry to the form filler called "URL" or "SITEURL"(depending on the TGPS it will change...)and select "< %%URL%% >" from the drop-down menu for the value...Then the good url will be added automaticaly http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/biggrin.gif

I played with it for awhile last night and had the same problem. So I gave up on it and went to bed.

How many places does it submit to?

I'd say about 90 TGPs...most of the big ones are there....
If only I could get it to work!

as i can see it seems this software doesn´t support putting different recips in 1 html.. otherwise it would make no sence that the software is creating 1 html file for every site.. does it.. don´t think so

Well the first version(the active-x one) was working...I created a couple of galleries with it and there was 3 different recips on it...But the recips weren't included with the package...

You entered the TGP RECIP TAG in your template HTML more than once. See the section from our FAQ below:

1) How do I automatically insert TGP buttons into a template page?



Place the tag <%%TGPBUTTON%%> in your HTML Template where you want the TGP buttons to appear. Select how many reciprocal buttons you wish to

appear on each of your duplicated pages in the "Gallery Tab" and click CREATE. Make sure you enter the right path name to your reciprocal button

files. Place the tag JUST ONCE in a table and it will automatically paste however number of TGP buttons you set in your settings per gallery page.

It IS automated, the program generates as many pages as your recip settings allow it to.

The program then labels each page according to the settings you chose but qeues it up with the submitter so

If you set recips to 3 per page, the generation / submission of each page will be as follows

page 1 2 3 = submitted to tgp 1 2 3, respectively

the free version submits to 100 TGPs most are bigger tgps with some newer ones thrown in.

I have already tried this and it gives me all the same recips on each page.

If I chose 3 recips then I get 3 recips to adultsTGP on my first gallery.

If I pic 2 then I get 2 recips to adultsTGP ect..ect...

Same result here! And I know the template is correct because this gallery was working with the first version (the active-x one) of the program....

I even tried a bare bones templet :

with only the recip tag in a table.

still the same results.

Did you enter the right RECIP tag?

The right tag is <%%TGPBUTTON%%>

Yup, I did enter the right tab or else there wouldn't be any recips in the gallery...But that's not the problem...there is 3 recips on the gallery, but it's 3x the same recips...!

does everybody get it to fill in the correcrt url of the gallery on the submit page?
i did what the faq says to no avail
but its not real clear so i might be fucking up that part
but i can say that i inserted < % % T G P B U T T O N % % >

once at the top of my template and selected 3 recips and it put the same 3 recips on each of 80 galleries. the galleries it created all are named the same as my template except that they have added an abreviation in caps of the tgp. I can not get this new url to post in the submit form automatically.
can you please explain Linkyd how to do this?

and just curious, does the paid version have all these problems? is there anybody using the paid version yet? and did they buy it after using this thing?

i'll give this thing one more go when you get the stuff fixed

it just worked all of a sudden
now if we can get the recips thing going we will be ready to try this thing out.

Nah...it was an active-x installation and it has been replaced by the new downloadable version...And I uninstalled it...damnit!

I was hopeing ol linkyd would come back with a fix.

the only way i can see to use it as is would be to just submit tpo the galleries with no recips required and the ones that dont require other recips
or manually put 2 other recips in your template and add the third with the proggie
but im sure that would piss fuck off alot of people, unless maybe you owned the other 2 tgp's

Okay, there's no problem with the code, you just have to put the TGPRECIP CODE into your template file THE RIGHT WAY. Here's an example of the RIGHT way of putting the RECIP CODE

I've downloaded the one file release, extracted the recips from a cab (it wasnt extracted by the install ap) placed the code correctly, the pages got 3 different recips, everything looks ok, i upload, start the submission process, and then when i use the autofill i find that it fills the URL with the correct filename for an url, but then it hits one incorrect filename i think on every 4th tgp in the database. good thing i checked first the gallery url or it should be rejected or even get my ass blacklisted http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/frown.gif
