What I want to know is why the security guard did not do anything at the time. If I saw someone doing that to a kid, it would be punch up time.

I find yesterday's testimony highly suspect; a man who sued Michael Jackson and not only lost but lost a counter-suit says Michael Jackson not only let him see him go into the bathroom with the kid but also left windows open to give him a clear view of the action. Uh-huh... and when was the first time he revealed this to anyone? :disgust

While there is no doubt in my mind that Jackson is guilty, the defense is really making a case to make all of these guys look like idiots. This same security guard stole something from Jackson, and was ordered in court to repay Jackson some $25k.

But this must kill Jackson:

On (UK TV, I think CH4), there was an interesting TV show about this. They said for years he used to contact boys and become friends with them, until they became older, then he moved on to others.

Its all allegations, still waiting on hard evidence of anything...

But, its all the little bits of evidence.

Such as how he insists on sleeping with boys, and his contacts with children he has had.

He seems more interested in boys than girls, which seems odd.

In many ways, he does seem to have power over young boys, which itself is abuse.

lost 1.5 million in a countersuit and was also charged with
Fraud!

He will not go to prison. If he is to be incarcerated at all he will be sentenced to a mental facility.

I think everyone involved needs to be held accountable as well, i.e the parents, security guards..ect.. looking the other way is almost as bad...the parents knew the rumors from years ago, they shouldnt have let the kids hang with him in the first place, unless of course they had an agenda themselves....

I hate to say it because I think he's guilty but his lawyer has destroyed the prosecution witnesses one by one.

When I heard that the prosecution won the right to present evidence of prior molestations, I thought Oh man that guy is done for. On the plus side for Jackson's camp they have done a pretty good job of making all these witnesses look uncredible, but at some point all this evidence of prior bad acts will be Jackson's undoing.

To me the one glaring thing about this case is that even after Jackson faced prior prosecution for the same thing and settled out of court for a reported 8 figure amt he still continued seeing kids at his home and having young boys sleep over. To me that just looks like he has a major problem and cant control himself.

If he does go to jail, and thats a big IF, he certainly won't be put in general population. He'll probably be put in some sort of isolation unit. Or, some really wack shyt like a few years on house arrest then a handful on probation.
